The wait is over, Chiefs fans — hockey season is almost here! The Martensville Chiefs are gearing up for an exciting fall, and it all kicks off with Training Camp on Saturday, September 6.
The action starts right away as the Chiefs hit the ice for their first exhibition game on Sunday, September 7 at 2:00 PM, when they host the Saskatoon Westleys at the Martensville Sports Centre.
From there, the team begins weekly practices in preparation for three more exhibition matchups:
Sunday, September 14 at 2:00 PM – Home vs. Saskatoon Royals
Saturday, September 20 – On the road vs. Saskatoon Royals
Sunday, September 21 at 2:00 PM – Home vs. Saskatoon Westleys
All of this builds up to a historic night in Martensville hockey: the Chiefs’ first-ever Martensville Home Opener on Saturday, September 27 at 7:30 PM!
Fans won’t want to miss this special evening — stay tuned for more details about a pre-game tailgate social from 4:00–7:00 PM, which will kick off the celebration in true Chiefs fashion.
